With a referral from your physician and a sleep study, we can help you sleep better with an oral appliance. We use state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to work with your physician to create more restful and rejuvenating sleep . Feel free to contact us for any questions you may have. First Appointment

Typically, our first appointment will be to gather information about your overall health, your sleep health, your airway health and dental health. To be treated at our office, most patients will need three things:
- A referral from a physician
- A diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea (AKA Sleep Apnea, or OSA)
- A prescription for an oral appliance from your physician

But please feel free to call us first to discuss this and we can walk you through the process.

Typically a person with obstructive sleep apnea will be prescribed a CPAP machine, but in some cases, your physician will recommend an oral appliance instead. That’s where we come in. We can also help to refer you to a local sleep physician if you are starting from scratch and are just learning about your sleep health and your options.
